Shipping Policy

flairtrends.in (“we” and “us”) is the operator of https://flairtrends.in (“Website”).
By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations regarding our service.


1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to determine whether you prefer to wait for restocking of the backordered item or have a refund processed.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Flair Trends will accept returns due to change of mind provided that a return request is received within 7 days of receipt of the item and the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and must be arranged by the customer.

  • Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

  • Customers will be notified via email once the process is complete.

  • Flair Trends will refund the value of the returned goods only and will not refund any shipping charges paid.


3.2 Warranty Returns

Flair Trends will honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

  • Customers must pre-pay return shipping; reimbursement will be issued upon successful warranty claim approval.

  • Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Once approved, customers may choose one of the following:

    • (a) Refund to the original payment method

    • (b) Refund in store credit

    • (c) Replacement item (subject to stock availability)


4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments are generally in transit for 2–7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time

International shipments typically take 4–22 days, depending on the courier selected. More specific estimates are provided during checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

Delivery address changes can be made any time before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Flair Trends ships to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is unavailable for these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We ship to military addresses via USPS only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

4.7 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before dispatching the order. Available items will be reserved in the meantime.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation.


5. Tracking Notifications

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor shipment progress via the shipping provider.


6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it at delivery if possible and contact customer service immediately. If delivery occurs without your presence, contact us for further instructions.


7. Duties & Taxes

7.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax is included in the product price displayed on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges.

If duties and taxes are refused, the parcel will be returned to Flair Trends at the customer’s expense. A refund will be issued for the value of the goods only, minus return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled any time before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.


9. Insurance

Parcels are insured against loss or damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Damaged Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier completes its investigation.

9.2 Lost Parcels

Refunds or replacements will be issued after the courier confirms the parcel as lost.
